About Britt Rogers
Britt Rogers is a seasoned trial attorney and litigation consultant with over 15 years of experience litigating complex civil cases across California. Her practice focuses on trial strategy and litigation consulting for personal injury, products liability, and medical malpractice matters — drawing on firsthand courtroom experience to deliver the strategic depth that high-stakes cases demand.
Britt served as lead trial lawyer on multiple jury trials and arbitrations, handling personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice matters. She pioneered the first fully virtual jury trial during the Covid-19 pandemic court shutdown — a landmark achievement in California litigation.
Britt holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science and History from UCLA, where she earned Dean's Honor List recognition.
